Warranty

Every watch we sell carries the Festina Group's 2-year international warranty.

Festina Algérie is the official representative of the Festina brand in Algeria.

Returns

A return is possible only where a manufacturing defect is found on the watch you received, after it has been checked by the after-sales service.

Impacts, breakage and any external handling are not covered.

Exchanges

If a manufacturing defect is found on arrival and reported promptly, an exchange may be requested, for a watch of similar or higher value.
